Best Anti-Virus Program?

Hi All,

What do you think is the best Anti-Virus program?

I'm currently running AVG but I know there are plenty of others out there, are there any which use less processing power?

I'm going to dispense with my customary response to this question and suggest kaspersky

is that because its on OSX ?, i am not starting anything just wondering, from work experience noting comes close to sophos as a AV and dosnt eat at your resources and is awsome at detecting viruses/ malware /myles,
